What we send. When you opt in, we may text you about the inquiry you submitted, including property acquisition and offer follow-up for homeowners and sellers, and rental inquiries, applications, showings, leasing, rent reminders and maintenance updates for tenants and applicants.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website and submitting it with your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, lease or service.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and account activity.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
